Athletes new to CrossFit will be introduced to movement methodologies in eight sessions over a two week period. Each session will go over the core fundamentals of CrossFit that will safely prepare the athlete to participate in classes. Private Options Available.
CrossFit not your thing? Grind is a high energy, conditioning based program that will incorporate cardio, strength training, mobility, and fun all in a 45-minute class! In this class, you will increase your endurance, rev up your metabolism, and torch calories! (No preparatory course required) Classes are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 5:30-6:15pm and Saturday from 8:30-9:15am.
